Who we are

What we collect
When you visit our site, place an order, join our waitlist or contact us, we may collect:
• Contact details: name, email address, phone number
• Delivery and billing addresses
• Order details: products purchased, order history, returns
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
• Communications: messages you send us and your marketing preferences

How we use it, and why
• To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and provide customer service. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

• To understand how our site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or consent where cookies require it.
• To send marketing emails, including launch and waitlist updates. Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To show you relevant ads on social media and other sites. Lawful basis: consent, through our cookie settings.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
• Payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal
• Delivery partners such as Royal Mail
• Google Workspace, for email and business administration
• [Email marketing platform, e.g. Shopify Email or Klaviyo]
• Analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, where you have consented
• Professional advisers such as accountants, where necessary
We may also disclose information where required by law. We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside the UK, including in the US and Canada. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
